Build your own raft and bring it along to the race. Also taking part will be members of Killaloe Youthgroup, with their rafts from a workshop run by Cormac Griffith. The race is open to all but please call to confirm details before raft race day. All entrants to arrive by 11.00am. Tel: 086 3352992.

Treasure Hunt
for all the family
You will be given a poem written by the Poet Eamon Prendegast which will hold all the clues you will need to find a series of very special Art Hearts hidden within the beautiful landscape of Mountshannon. These treasures will be auctioned to purchase life saving equipment for the residents and visitors of Mountshannon.
This promises to be a fun event, please assemble at the entrance of the Aistear at 1.30pm.

FESTIVAL HIGHLIGHT
Kormac's Big Band
plus The Boudoir Boys

This year's unique highlight, fresh from the circuit and spotted at The Electric Picnic... Kormac's Big Band, a 12 piece band which is a mix of barber shop, brass band and DJ mixing, with film thrown in, it promisies to be a very special occasion! Kormac has played all over the world, from South Africa to the Ukraine, and with everyone from Mr Scruff to Grandmaster Flash, a blend of genre-bending dance floor sets, this is the night to get those dancing shoes on. The unique performance/music/film/DJ show lasts one hour, and will start at 10pm sharp, so don't miss it! (see www.djkormac.com for more info).
Supported by The Boudoir Boys playing upbeat music from the 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s plus The Amazing Magic Lantern Picture Show showing quirky vintage film.
