The Swell Berries play a mix from the 1920's to the present day with covering songs by Doris Day, Bessie Smith, Tom Waits and more...

Little John Nee, Donegal storyteller, actor, musician and playwright, will be performing music on guitar and ukulele from his blues repertoire.

The Higglers are a cookin' old-time band from the hills of Clare featuring the inspired fiddle-banjo duet of Frank Hall and Lena Ullman with rockin rhythm section of Brendan Hearty (guitar) and Paul Johnson (bass). Raw Appalachian melodies, back-country vocals, and heel-kickin' dance beat give this band the roots-juice of old-time, pre-bluegrass, boogie music.

CLASSICAL CONCERT

The Dublin Guitar Quartet

The Dublin Guitar Quartet are renowned performers of modern classics by acclaimed composers such as Steve Reich, Henryk Gorecki, Arvo Part and Philip Glass. The use of 8 and 11 string guitars enables the quartet to produce arrangements that would be impossible for the standard guitar quartet. Prepare to be mesmerised by this stunning performance! This year's unique highlight, fresh from the circuit and spotted at The Electric Picnic... Kormac's Big Band, a 12 piece band which is a mix of barber shop, brass band and DJ mixing, with film thrown in, it promisies to be a very special occasion! Kormac has played all over the world, from South Africa to the Ukraine, and with everyone from Mr Scruff to Grandmaster Flash, a blend of genre-bending dance floor sets, this is the night to get those dancing shoes on.
